On September 26, Zhang Tong, Executive Vice President of the Automotive Intelligent Industry Research Institute under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), and Wang Wei, Chairman of the China Automotive Intelligent Service Federation, visited CIIT. The meeting was attended by Secretary Xi Haitao of the Party Committee and Vice President Tan Zhuping of CIIT, and presided over by Chu Shouyun, Director of the Department of Industry-University-Research Cooperation.
Xi Haitao warmly welcomed the delegation led by Mr. Zhang. He emphasized the construction of the Changzhou New Energy Industry-Education Consortium and provided a detailed introduction to the initiatives, experiences, and achievements of CIIT in the integration of industry and education, professional development, and talent cultivation. Xi Haitao highlighted that CIIT was dedicated to serving the local community and views supporting local economic development as its responsibility. He stressed the importance of school-enterprise cooperation as the core approach to promoting the integration of production and education, and actively exploring new paths for high-quality vocational education development. He suggested that both parties should establish a long-term cooperation mechanism, continuously expand areas of collaboration, build an integrated platform for teaching, scientific research, and practical training, and achieve resource sharing, complementary strengths, and mutual benefits.
Zhang Tong fully acknowledged CIIT's achievements in high-quality development. Through case studies, he introduced the latest technologies and future development trends in the field of new energy vehicles. He stated that both sides should strengthen communication, deepen the connotations of cooperation, jointly explore new avenues and models for technological innovation and industrial upgrading, and construct an open, cooperative, and win-win industrial ecosystem, contributing to the flourishing development of the automotive intelligent industry.
Zhang Yi, Executive Director of the Smart Leader Institute of Vocational Education and Industrial Development at CIIC Group, gave a detailed presentation on CIIC Group's company profile and the construction plan for the new energy vehicle aftermarket specialty online program.
The two sides engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions on technology R&D, project collaboration, talent training, and global industry expansion.
