On January 10th, Fei Jianming, Dean of the School of Overseas Education, Jiang Xiaodan, Secretary of the Party Branch, Zhou Juan and Wang Jingfang, Vice Dean, joined the international students in making dumplings together. The teachers patiently and meticulously guided international students on the methods and essentials of making dumplings, and also shared with them the origin and meaning of dumplings.
Despite coming from different countries and regions, international students are highly interested. They diligently studied the techniques of filling and pinching the edges, and through continuous experimentation and effort, each full and round dumpling gradually took shape. One of them said, "This is the first time we have made dumplings by ourselves, and it really appeals to us. Through this activity, we have not only learned how to make dumplings, but also gained a deeper understanding of China's history and traditional culinary culture. It was an unforgettable experience."
