The e-commerce livestreaming project team of the School of Digital Business of CIIT has recently employed two new anchors, who are international students from Myanmar. Their participation has ushered in the practice of students' live publicity of goods facing the international market, especially the markets of countries along the the Belt and Road.
One of the theme practical activities is "Empowering Rural Revitalization through E-commerce". The cooperative units selected by the project team include Maojia Village in Lijia Town, Shuixi Village in Liyang, Jiangsu Yitian Investment Group Co., Ltd., and Wujin People's Shopping Mall. The online live broadcast has won a lot of orders.
On December 13th, for the convenience of teachers and students, an offline agricultural product sales was going on in CIIT. Mao Bomin, Deputy Secretary of the CIIT Committee of the Communist Party of China, inspected the scene to show concern. A corner of the campus where cheap and high-quality local products, such as rice, mushrooms, Tianmu Lake tea, salted goose, white celery, etc were in supply became a bazaar full of face-to-face bargain and instant interaction voice coming from the livestreaming facilities moved outdoors, catching many teachers and students’ eyes.
