From May 20 to 27, 2025, the Belt and Road Youth Sports Exchange Week (Jiangsu) took place in Jiangyin, featuring the 2025 International Youth Men's 3×3 Basketball Invitational, Youth Outdoor Challenge, and International Youth Orienteering Training Camp. Nearly 500 young participants from 66 countries and regions converged to compete and connect through sports.
CIIT international students excelled in the International Youth Orienteering Training Camp, where NAZIRQULOV NAVRUZ (Tajikistan) and PHIMBOUATHONG SITTHI (Laos) claimed gold and bronze medals respectively. CIIT was awarded the Outstanding Organization Award for its participation, reflecting the institution’s commitment to international education and cross-cultural exchange.
Beyond competition, students visited cultural landmarks like Hailan Horse Culture Museum and Huaxi Village, gaining insights into China’s history, culture, and modern development. These experiences showcased Jiangsu’s vision as a strong, prosperous, beautiful, and advanced province, embodying openness and vitality.
