The Dongpo Park is located in Tianning District, Changzhou and has an area of 2.67 hectares. With the Grand Canal flowing by, it is a garden that integrates the historical sites of ancient times with natural scenery. In the Southern Song Dynasty a Boat Mooring Pavilion was put up in memory of Su Dongpo, a great poet of the Northern Song Dynasty who had been to Changzhou for 11 times and used to make his anchorage at the site during his lifetime.
