Baxian Food Co., Ltd. inherits and innovates a series of canal-boat dim sum, supplying delicious food and bringing about spiritual enjoyment. For example, Wenheng Zhuangyuan Cake reminds people of the anecdote of Changzhou literati buying cakes to satisfy their hunger by the Wenheng Bridge before rushing to the capital for imperial exams. Zhuanyuan refers to the one who came first in the highest imperial examination. In the Benniu Senior High School in the western suburb of Changzhou on the Grand Canal stands Boya Bridge Site. Hence the name of Zhiyin (knowing the sound) Rose Cake. Zhiyin means understanding friend. Legend has it that Zhong Ziqi truly appreciated the tune played by Yu Boya. They lived in the Spring and Autumn Period or the Warring States period. One day, when Yu Boya played a piece of music eulogizing the high mountains, Zhong Ziqi, a woodcutter said, "The melody is as magnificent and dignified as Mount Tai which reaches to the sky!"
