The 2023 graduation ceremony was held in two separate sessions in the Lecture Hall of Tuwen Building on May 27th and June 2nd respectively.
Xi Haitao, Secretary of the CIIT Committee of the Communist Party of China, hung symbolic ribbons for outstanding graduate representatives and awarded honorary certificates to them. He also presented alumni commemorative books and alumni badges to outstanding alumni representatives such as Ma Yandong and Hang Pengjie.
Having awarded graduation certificates to outstanding graduates one by one, President Yang Jinsong delivered an inspiring keynote speech titled "To embrace beautiful but challenging world for the bloom of youth", which said to the effect that all the graduates would become the youth with breadth of vision, skills, responsibility, and vitality, devoting themselves to taking on the mission of the new era.
Four alumni shared their stories of struggle after graduating from their Alma Mater with their younger siblings. Against the background of elaborate reminiscent videos, four outstanding graduates, on behalf of all the graduates, affectionately reviewed the three years of good times spent on campus and expressed sincere gratitude and blessings to their Alma Mater, teachers, and classmates, bringing the ceremony to its climax. The long goodbye could herald more and more potential legends of talents of CIIT origin.
